Our FAQ's
What is detailing?
The essence of 'detailing' lies in the fact that it's not just cleaning, it's enhancing your space. We apply interior detailing techniques used in luxury private homes and superyachts to transform your home. Every cupboard, drawer, and shelf is meticulously deep-cleaned, often using cotton buds, toothpicks, and toothbrushes, to deliver a true 7-star service. For our Curated Kitchen service, we recommend scheduling it every six months to keep your kitchen sparkling and germ-free.
What will you do to my wardrobe?
We love transforming wardrobes. With a background in UHNW wardrobe management there isn't much we can't do. We can assist in your seasonal wardrobe changeovers, packing away your winter clothes - folding, labelling and freshening your wardrobe ready for the next season. We can reorganise and fold items to maximise space, plus wardrobe styling and storage solutions.
What happens after I send an enquiry?
We will get in touch to book an initial consultation, either on Zoom or at your home. This is where we can discuss your needs and requirements and you can share your ideas and visions. You will also receive a welcome pack to understand our services further. After the call we will email a tailored scope of work for your project including an estimation of costs. Once you are satisfied we can book a date to transform your space.
How much do your services cost?
For our senior consultant we charge £50 per hour, a half day is up to 4 hours and a full day is 8 hours . Multiple days will be required for much larger projects but an indication of time will always be stated on your initial scope of work. At the time of booking we will ask for a refundable £50 deposit, deducted from your final invoice.
What is your cancellation policy?
If you need to cancel we kindly ask for as much notice as possible. Your initial deposit will be non refundable if less than 24 hours notice is given for a cancellation. However we are happy to accept a date change free of charge as long as 48 hours notice is given.
Do you take photos?
We like to take 'before' and 'after' photos so you can see your transformation. We will not share these photos on our social media platforms without being granted permission first.
Is my project confidential?
Having come from a professional background of working with many UHNWI we are very used to dealing with client confidentiality. We will not share details of projects with any other clients and we are more than happy to sign a non disclosure agreement if you feel that it is necessary. We are also DBS checked.
Will you bring items such as storage boxes & hangers?
This will be discussed during our initial call or visit together as to whether this is necessary. You may have your favourite hangers you wish to use. If any new items such as hangers, storage boxes, jars etc. are required for your project the cost of these items will be included in your final invoice and you will only pay for what you use. We work closely with some wonderful suppliers so we are always able to offer these items at the best price.
